CitySwitch New South Wales

CitySwitch Green Office was established in NSW by the City of Sydney, North Sydney Council, Parramatta City Council and the NSW Department of Environment, Climate Change & Water (DECCW) as the 3CBDs Greenhouse Initiative. In 2008, the initiative was relaunched nationally as CitySwitch Green Office.

Led by the City of Sydney, the program's national expansion was a result of businesses and local councils answering the call for one effective national energy efficiency initiative focusing solely on tenants to tackle the biggest challenge of our time - climate change.

The delivery of CitySwitch in NSW has been led by the City of Sydney in partnership with North Sydney Council, Parramatta City Council and most recently, Willoughby City Council.

To date, a total of 107 tenancies in NSW have committed to CitySwitch. These Signatories represent a wide range of sectors and are amongst the most influential and prestigious organisations in Australia.
