In South Australia, CitySwitch Green Office is run in partnership with Adelaide City Council.  The national program works with organisations to improve office energy efficiency, every hour of every day, and helps reduce the CO₂ emissions that contribute to global warming.

With up to 50 percent of the total energy use in office buildings influenced by tenant behaviour, CitySwitch provides a valuable opportunity for Signatories to become energy efficient, help reduce business costs as well as raise their community profile on a local and national level.

To date, 43 tenancies in Adelaide have committed to participate in the program and demonstrate their environmental leadership. From SA government agencies, financial and legal institutions, property industry businesses and NGOs. These Signatories represent many of SA’s leading companies. The City of Adelaide would like to thank these organisations for their significant contribution and ongoing commitment to the program.
